All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded external packaging. There will be no mention of "diapers," "incontinence," or the Zephyrease Care brand on the outside of the box.

We currently offer delivery exclusively within the following regions: The United Kingdom (UK) and Germany (DE).

2. Shipping Rates and Order Processing
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS:
Zephyrease Care offers Standard Free Shipping on all orders to the UK and Germany, with no minimum purchase required.

Remote Area Surcharges: We cover all additional costs for remote or isolated areas in the UK and Germany. The price you see is the final price.

Customs/DDU Warning: We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms for certain international shipments. While product VAT is included in your price, the recipient may be contacted by Customs (via email or phone number) to facilitate clearance or pay any minor local import processing fees. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
4. Tracking and Issues
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive your package or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zephyreasecare.com. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
